Mike first came out, gave us a very reasonable quote for a great quality carpet (especially compared to another big carpet company). He was very personable, was respectful of our home and of COVID, and answered all of our questions. He followed up quickly and then we worked with Robert to finalize. They scheduled the install quickly, were responsive, kept us up to date on lead times and called the day before to confirm install. The installers showed up on time, were very respectful as well in our home and ultimately installed the carpet beautifully. They even let us know that the previous owners were missing subflooring and did his best to patch. We could not be any happier with Mike The Carpet Guy!"
